Welcome to Capybara Life. By downloading, accessing, or using the game, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). Please read them carefully before playing.

1. Eligibility and Access:

   Capybara Life is available to any individual in any country, subject to the terms and restrictions imposed by the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Users can play as a guest or create an account. The game is free to play, but in-app purchases are available.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property:

   All intellectual property rights related to Capybara Life are owned and protected by Devenant Entertainment SLU. This includes, but is not limited to, game graphics, characters, music, and code. Users are permitted to share content from the game for non-commercial purposes only. Any commercial use of game content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

3. License of Use:

   We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Capybara Life for personal, non-commercial use only.
   It is strictly prohibited to:

   • Modify, decompile, or distribute any part of the game.
   • Use cheats, exploit bugs, harass other players, or share inappropriate content.
   • Engage in any commercial activity related to the game without our explicit permission.

4. Purchases and Virtual Currency:

   Capybara Life offers in-app purchases using a virtual currency called gems. Gems can be exchanged for in-game items and features. Please note that gems and other virtual items have no real-world value and are not refundable under any circumstances, except where required by law. All purchases are final. We are not responsible for any damage caused to the user’s device from using the game.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Penalties:

   Any violation of the rules, including but not limited to:
   

   • Use of cheats
   • Exploitation of bugs
   • Harassment of other players
   • Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
   Will result in penalties ranging from warnings to temporary bans or permanent suspension of the user’s account, depending on the severity of the violation.

6. Account Suspension and Termination:

   Devenant Entertainment SLU reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at its discretion for violations of these TOS or due to circumstances beyond its control.
   In the event that the game service is permanently discontinued, any virtual goods or in-app purchases will not be refundable.

7. Liability and Service Interruption:

   We strive to maintain smooth operation of the game, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The game is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use the game.

8. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution:

   Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service will be governed by the laws applicable in Spain. In the event of disputes, the parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration or mediation, as required by local law.

9. Changes to the Terms of Service:

   We may update these TOS from time to time. Any updates will be communicated to users via a notification when they enter the application. The updated terms will also be available for review in the app.
